Monitoring and the status of the shipment

As most of us know, tracking a shipment is a great convenience these days. What is the purpose of tracking shipments?

How does it look in practice?

A special identifier, i.e. a bill of lading, is assigned to each shipment. Often it can also be found in the form of a bar code. This code is scanned at various points along its journey: from sending to delivery by courier.

Currently, transport companies provide free parcel tracking options through their websites or mobile applications. They are usually easy to use and very intuitive. All you need to do is enter your tracking number in the appropriate place.
